ENSEMBLE C MIEUX

Ensemble C Mieux is a France-based association, established on 1 July 2024 and listed by OFAC as a charity or nonprofit organization, that the U.S. Treasury describes as one of two affiliated entities providing critical financing to Hamas. Treasury says Amel Oualid established it and, like Association Baraka, uses it to raise money to send to Saleem Abdallah Saleem al-Zaq, a Gaza-based battalion deputy in the Hamas military wing, and to Hamas. According to Treasury, the network presented its fundraising as humanitarian aid for civilians in Gaza, while Oualid, Faouzi Barika and al-Zaq collected more than $2 million for Hamas between 2020 and 2026. OFAC designated it on 2 October 2026 under SDGT.
