Al Brouj for General Contracting Company is an Iraq-based contractor founded and run by Abdullah Nadhim Luaibi Al Ameri, whom the U.S. Treasury describes as a UAE-based Iraqi arms dealer and the company's chief executive. According to Treasury, Al Ameri uses the company to supply Iraq's Popular Mobilization Commission, including likely unlawful procurement of equipment with military applications, and to support Iraqi military organizations operating under the direction of Iran's IRGC-Qods Force, such as maintenance on Russian-provided helicopters.
