Cuadra San Dibanh is a Quarter Horse racing barn based in Anahuac, Nuevo Leon, that the U.S. Treasury says is controlled by Gamaliel Garza Garcia, a businessman and horse racing enthusiast Treasury describes as an associate of the Cartel del Noreste (CDN). Treasury says the barn frequently races at Club La Molienda, the CDN-controlled racetrack outside Nuevo Laredo, and at other major racetracks throughout Mexico. OFAC designated it on 13 October 2026 under ILLICIT-DRUGS-EO14059 and SDGT.
