CAF

CAF denotes the European Union's restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Central African Republic, established by Council Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 of 10 March 2014 with an accompanying Council Decision. It implements the United Nations framework created during the country's 2013 conflict, combining an arms embargo with asset freezes and prohibitions on making funds available against those designated for undermining the peace, stability or security of the Central African Republic.
