RUSDA

RUSDA denotes the European Union's restrictive measures in view of Russia's destabilising activities, established by Council Regulation (EU) 2024/2642 and an accompanying Council Decision of 8 October 2024. The framework responds to hybrid actions directed against the EU, its member states and partners, including foreign information manipulation and interference, sabotage and the instrumentalisation of migrants, and provides for asset freezes, prohibitions on making funds available and travel bans.
