RUSSIA-EO14065

Executive Order 14065, signed on 21 February 2022 after Russia's purported recognition of the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, addresses those regions of Ukraine. It prohibits new US investment in, and trade with, the covered regions, and authorises blocking persons operating there, leaders of entities active there, and their supporters. Treasury may extend the covered regions to other areas of Ukraine.
