SDNT

"Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker", or SDNT, is the label for persons blocked under Executive Order 12978, signed on 21 October 1995. The order declared a national emergency over significant foreign narcotics traffickers centred in Colombia and authorises the Treasury to block the assets of such traffickers, of those materially assisting them, and of entities they own or control. OFAC administers the program through the Narcotics Trafficking Sanctions Regulations.
