TCO

TCO designations target significant transnational criminal organisations under Executive Order 13581, signed on 24 July 2011. The order finds that such groups had reached a scope and gravity threatening the stability of international political and economic systems, and authorises the Treasury to block the property of organisations engaged in patterns of serious criminal activity across borders, together with their material supporters and owned entities.
