The Afghanistan (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

The United Kingdom's Afghanistan sanctions regime, made in September 2020 under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, with substantive provisions in force from the end of the Brexit transition period. It gives effect to United Nations sanctions on persons associated with the Taliban, replacing the EU legislation that previously applied them, and provides asset freezes, exclusion from the UK and restrictions on trade in military goods and technology.

The Afghanistan (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 includes 140 canonical entities and 140 authority records.
