The Chemical Weapons (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

The United Kingdom's thematic chemical-weapons sanctions regime, made in March 2019 under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 and fully in force from the end of the Brexit transition period. It replaced the EU chemical-weapons restrictive measures of 2018, carrying existing designations across on a single transition date, and provides asset freezes and exclusion from the UK for persons involved in the proliferation or use of chemical weapons.
