The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

The United Kingdom's North Korea sanctions regime, made in March 2019 under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 and fully in force from the end of the Brexit transition period. It implements United Nations Security Council resolutions on the DPRK's nuclear and other weapons programmes, replacing the EU measures previously applied, and provides asset freezes, travel bans and wide-ranging trade, shipping, aircraft and financial restrictions.
