Meir DEUTSCH

Meir Deutsch, an Israeli national, is the director general of Regavim, an Israeli non-governmental organization with an active pro-Israeli settler and settlement expansion agenda in the West Bank that institutes legal proceedings and lobbies for the demolition of Palestinian property. The EU designated him on 28 May 2026 under its global human rights sanctions regime, together with Regavim, holding him responsible in that role for facilitating and encouraging human rights abuses against Palestinians in the West Bank, including abuses of their rights to property, to private and family life and to education.
