2Rivers Group

2Rivers Group is the group-level subject Canada designated under the Special Economic Measures (Russia) Regulations, where it appears as Schedule 1, Part 2, item 737, added by SOR/2025-142 with effect from 13 June 2025. The Canadian regulation enacts the words "2Rivers Group" alone — no address, no registration number and no "also known as" text, in an instrument that uses that formula for other items. Global Affairs Canada's consolidated list annotates the entry with the further names Coral Energy Group, 2Rivers, 2Rivers PTE Ltd and 2Rivers DMCC, which span both of the individually designated legal persons: the Dubai-registered 2Rivers DMCC and the Singapore-registered 2Rivers PTE Ltd, each of which the United Kingdom and the European Union designate separately. The Canadian measure is therefore represented as a group-level listed subject related to both companies rather than assigned to either.
