Executive Order 14203, signed on 6 February 2025, imposes sanctions over International Criminal Court investigations and arrest warrants concerning US and Israeli personnel, neither country being party to the Rome Statute. It authorises blocking the property of foreign persons who directly engage in ICC efforts to investigate, arrest or prosecute protected US or allied personnel without consent, and suspends US entry for designated persons and their immediate families.
